I bought a bed cover from these guys for my 2023 Nissan Frontier ProX4. I walked in off the street after doing months of independent research, planning to buy the most expensive cover there was. But after discussing my personal needs, they made me realize the right cover that made the most sense for my lifestyle...which was not the most expensive or the 2nd most expensive. They could have easily taken advantage of my naivety, but did the absolute opposite.
The cover was available for installation in a matter of days. Unfortunately the cover did not fit properly presenting yet another chance for them to take advantage and let me leave with an ill fitting cover.
Instead, they walked into the waiting room and informed me they could not sell it to me and explained why in great detail. The owner then spent the next 24, maybe 48 hours, speaking with manufacturers to locate a cover that would fit properly. A better quality cover, more expensive cover, but honored my original price.
Another day and I had my new and perfectly fitting tri-fold cover installed. It's a great product. I get lots of compliments and people saying "that's so much better than mine".
These guys are as honest as they come. I couldn't ask for better customer service! I recommend them without hesitation!!! Thanks Guys!!!
