Warranty

KR Off-Road warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, subject to the exclusions, exceptions and any other limitations enumerated in this Warranty Policy.

IN-STORE INSTALLATION SERVICES

KR Off-Road warrants the installation workmanship performed by KR Off-Road at it’s Lindenhurst, NY facility for one (1) year from the date of installation provided that no additional installation work has taken place other then by an authorized KR Off-Road representative. To obtain warranty service, vehicles must be returned to KR Off-Road along with the original installation and product purchase receipts.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
KR Off-Road warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns the product. Warranties cover defects in design and manufacturing only. Warranties do not cover installation errors, wear and tear, acts of god, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collisions or product modifications.

EXCLUSIONS
Product(s) may be excluded from this Warranty Policy, with any pending Claims rejected, in whole or in part, if KR Off-Road determines that there is evidence of any one or more of the following or any of these conditions are met:

Negligence. Negligence may include improper installation and/or improper use.
Abuse. Abuse may include recklessness, exposure to excessive road hazards and/or damage beyond the limits of normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized Repair. Unauthorized repair includes any repair, service, or modification not performed by KR Off-Road.
Unauthorized Transfer. Unauthorized transfer may include theft, improper possession or any other transfer of title, ownership or possession without adequate proof of purchase or chain of title.

EXCEPTIONS
A shortened warranty period extends to the Products, in whole or in part, as indicated:

90 Day Warranty on Powder Coating. Powder coating may scratch/flake under normal use due to road debris. Our products are made from Stainless Steel/Aluminum and will not rust if the powder coated finish is damaged.
1 Year Warranty on Plastic Fishing Rods. The plastic fishing rods used with our Fishing Rod Holders are not manufactured by KR Off-Road and therefore this component only carry’s a 1-year Warranty.

SERVICES
KR Off-Road does not warranty and claims no liability for any charges incurred by any Purchasing Entity relating to installation, repair or removal of products. KR Off-Road is not responsible for outbound and incoming shipping fees.

TRANSFERABILITY
Any warranty provided under this Warranty Policy is non-transferable. The product warranty is valid only for the original purchaser/end-user.

MODIFICATION
This Warranty Policy is subject to change without notice.
